Natural prescription for eczema

-- Identify food allergies and eliminate the offending food you feed. Eggs, milk, cheese, chocolate, peanuts, soybeans, potatoes and wheat gluten are allergenic foods. It will take four to six weeks for the results of an allergen diet without respect, so be patient.

-- Explore the possibility of a food additive tartrazine contribute to eczema and, where appropriate, eliminate food.

Eat-fatty fish such as salmon, herring, mackerel and at least twice a week. Some measures to alleviate the symptoms:

-- Do not use hot water for baths and showers: Use hot water.

-- Use bath oil to soften the skin. Use a nondrying soap substitute instead of soap-Do not use on-cons ointments containing antibiotics or benzocaine.

-- Avoid lanolin skin lotions, cosmetics, cleaners, etc..

-- Try to avoid extreme temperatures and any activity that involves sweating.

-- Aerobic exercise is beneficial for eczema and other skin diseases. Be sure to take a hot shower after exercise to take away sweat.

-- Avoid oily or greasy ointment that prevents the skin to breathe.

-- Try to wear cotton and other natural fibers next to your skin with the exception of wool, you should avoid. -- Because stress can aggravate eczema, practice techniques for reducing stress.
